Good bike, delivery had a hiccup

I ordered the Polluno Electric City Bike a few weeks ago. The bike itself is pretty solid for the price; it handles well around town and the motor assist is really helpful on inclines. Assembly wasn't too bad, mostly just attaching the front wheel and handlebars. My main issue was with the delivery, it took 8 days to reach my address in Manchester, which felt a bit long compared to what I expected. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, I'm happy with the bike, but the shipping speed could definitely be improved for a smoother experience.

Decent value on T300 Trike

Rad Power is good, but usually a bit pricier. Eskute felt like better value for money, especially with similar specs. My Eskute has been solid.

My Polluno was true to size for me, just check their size chart on the product page. I'm usually a medium and it fit perfectly.

I found it pretty standard. If you're on the fence, maybe compare the frame geometry with a bike you know fits you well.
